'Marketing speak' for anything that focuses on the needs of the customer. Companies need to ensure that they maintain ‘client-centricity', and work to the ‘client-centric' model. For example ‘We've boosted profits by 20% since we began using a client-centred business model'. Translation: We're making more money now that we're giving customers what they want.

Big News For 2007

The past week has been hectic (as usual) with a big deal being struck that will see Aesthetica Magazine stepping up a gear in 2007. Firstly, however, the Skipton conference I mentioned in my last entry took place on Thursday and was a great success. We ran the event with NYBEP and 300 young people from six schools.
